The CreateAzureInvoiceConfig type exposes the following members.

Gets or sets the CSP Billing Period day of the month.

| IncompleteUsageInvoiceDay |
Used to configure if Azure invoice should be created even if usage wasn't marked as completely collected,
if value is configured.

| IncompleteUsageNotificationDay |
Used to configure if when to send notification to reseller when usage wasn't marked as completely collected,
if value is configured.

| InvoiceCalendarMonths |
If true, invoices will be created for usage for calendar months (first to first of the month).
Otherwise, invoices will match CSP's billing period in Microsoft.
